First, compile the C source file to make something with a name like enhype.bin - it doesn't much matter what you choose. Then hide this binary somewhere not on your PATH (I tend to use /usr/local/lib, but it's entirely up to you).
Second, decide which, if any, of the example KW files you'd like, and where you want them. I have a directory ~/.enhype.kw for these.
Then take a copy of the driver script, enhype, put it on your PATH, and edit the top few lines to tell it where you've hidden the binary and the KW files.
