	- combined the two tarballs for the statically compiled
	binaries of IceWMCP-2.4 and IceWMCP-Hardware-plugin-1.2beta
	which are available from the IceWM developers site.
	- removed unneeded files.
	- note: Best place to put this is under /usr/lib/IceWMCP-static
	or /opt/IceWMCP-static. I use /usr/lib and place a wrapper
	in /usr/bin so that 'icewmcp' is in your path. It also sets
	LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
