This package is localized to Japanese as a free service of Bridge 1 Software. IntelliAlias is a simple solution to a simple, yet annoying problem with aliases on the mac. When you create an alias to an application, you can't set the size preferences of the alias. This means that to have various size setups for a certain program, you need several copies of the program. This is obviously not ideal. IntelliAlias solves this problem. The IntelliAlias program is only 7k in size, so it is around the same size on your hard disk as any other alias. A REVOLUTION IN MACOS WINDOW NAVIGATION Sloop brings cursor focusing to the MacOS. Cursor focusing, a powerful strategy for window and application management, allows users to sail through windows and applications without ever clicking the mouse. Instead, when one moves the cursor over a window or application, that window or application automatically comes to the front. While cursor focusing has been available on other windowing operating systems, such as the X Window System, it has never before been available for the MacOS. DESIGNED TO INCREASE DAILY PRODUCTIVITY By eliminating a productivity bottleneck -- the incessent clicking on windows previously required for MacOS usage -- Sloop can speed up general computer use. In addition, by eliminating many useless mouse clicks, Sloop may reduce some of the repetitive strain on people's mouse-clicking fingers. BUILT-IN FLEXIBILITY ENHANCES THE SLOOP EXPERIENCE Sloop allows users to customize their own cursor focusing strategies. Applications can be excluded from some or all of Sloop's functionality. Special exceptions to cursor focusing can also be made such as: not focusing out of window "islands" that would be obscured by a switch and not focusing when the mouse is within a fringe surrounding the frontmost window. The speed with which Sloop tracks mouse movements is user configurable. The Sloop 1.0 package also includes an FKey that allows cursor focusing to be toggled on and off on the fly. A SMALL AND STABLE SOLUTION Sloop is a "polite" extension to the MacOS. By running as a background-only application, Sloop only tracks the mouse when it is given processor time by the MacOS. Therefore, it won't slow down processor-intensive tasks or attempt to focus windows when it's not appropriate to do so. This leads to enhanced stability and reduced overall demand on the processor. In addition, Sloop has a small memory footprint and the extension itself uses less than 50K of hard disk space. Even better, you can launch URLs directly from inside the database, which will then call upon the Internet Config system to open them with the proper helper applications. That means SHT can also be used as a powerful FMPro based Internet bookmark manager.
