site change wrt old license file

Since some of the HowTo docs and other related works point directly
to the old license file via URLs such as:

    http://metalab.unc.edu/LDP/COPYRIGHT.html
    http://sunsite.unc.edu/LDP/COPYRIGHT.html
    ...

I've gone ahead and restored this file. I was unable to find version
1.x of this document, so I restored 2.0 with a minor modification -
replaced Greg Hankins name/email with Guylhem's, since Greg is no
longer working on the project. You can view this document here:

    http://www.linuxdoc.org/COPYRIGHT.html

If anyone has a copy of the 1.x LDP License document (ldpl), dated
earlier than 12 January 1998, please forward it to me. Thanks.
