This work consists of the files padcount.ins and
padcount.dtx, along with derived files padcount.sty and
padcount.pdf.

The padcount package provides plain-TeX-compatible commands
for padding counters with arbitary characters.

This package should run properly on any properly running TeX
or LaTeX system.
