The text is in 8-bit Mac encoding. Setext is a slightly enhanced text format. It can be read with any text editor/word processor, but looks best when viewed with a setext-compatible browser, such as Akif Eyler's EasyView . If you have already installed EasyView just double-click on the "The Devil's Dictionary.view" file (you may need to rebuild your desktop first).
