R: R is a highly extensible language and environment for statistical
R: computing and graphics. It is a GNU project which is similar to the S
R: language and environment. R provides a wide variety of statistical
R: techniques, such as linear and nonlinear modelling, classical
R: statistical tests, time-series analysis, classification, and
R: clustering. One of R's strengths is the ease with which well-designed
R: publication-quality plots can be produced.
